There are many products out there that do the same thing. Because of the poor support, I may have to reconsider when it comes time to renew my subscription. For that kind of price increase you'd thing they'd up their game with regards to support. Again, a fairly decent program but their support is horrible! They've raised their price in the last year for a 1 year subscription by quite a bit. They either don't respond at your email at all or if they do it's very vague and of little use. So, far a fairly competent program but their support however is almost nonexistent! Really hit and miss!
